Everything went smoothly with my order. No issues, nothing to complain about, and it arrived just as expected. It’s always nice when a company simply does right by people and keeps things easy.

"Checkout felt like a dead end"
I was trying to buy a hoodie, but the checkout kept glitching on me. It took my info like everything was fine, then randomly sent me back to the cart twice with no real explanation or error message.

The shipping cost also changed right at the last step, which was frustrating. At that point it just felt like there was no real person behind the process, just a broken system, so I gave up and didn’t bother finishing the order.

The packaging felt cheap, and by the time it showed up the box was all bent out of shape. Maybe it was just bad timing with how it got handled during shipping, but it didn’t make a great first impression

"Shipping was a bit slower than I expected"
I ordered from unjustifiedco.com and the item did arrive in good condition, so no issue there. The only thing was the shipping took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which had me wondering what was going on. I reached out and support basically said something like, “it’s still in transit and tracking can lag sometimes,” which was helpful enough, but not super detailed. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Go with your gut on the size"
I ordered my usual size, but i had a feeling I should’ve sized up and I wish I’d trusted that instinct. It fits a little tighter than I expected, especially around the chest and arms. The quality seems good and I can still wear it, but the size guide could be clearer. If you’re between sizes, I’d definitely go up.

"I just didn’t get a great feeling..."
I just didn’t get a great feeling from this brand. Something about the whole experience felt a little off, and it made it hard for me to trust them. What bothered me even more was that there was no follow-up afterward, so it kind of felt like they didn’t really care once the initial interaction was over.

I couldn’t believe how uncomfortable this felt. The fabric was rough and kind of scratchy, and after wearing it for just a short time, I was already annoyed and wanted to take it off?!

I did end up finding what I needed, so the site gets the job done. But it felt clunky at times, and some pages loaded way slower than they should. Whoever runs this really needs to clean things up a bit.

"Return worked out, just took a while"
I had to swap a hoodie for a bigger size. Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t quick, took a few days and I had to pay the return shipping myself. I did get the new hoodie in the end, so it was fine, just a bit of a clunky process.

"Getting a refund was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I asked for a refund after my order didn’t work out, the whole process has been a headache. Replies were really slow, and every time I did hear back, it felt like I was just getting excuses instead of an actual answer. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have any clear resolution. At this point, I just feel frustrated and disappointed, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from unjustifiedco.com again.

"Solid value once you know what to expect"
I’d say this is good for the price. After comparing it to a few similar options, it kind of fits the pattern of getting decent quality without paying for anything fancy. It’s not perfect, but nothing stood out as a major problem either. Overall, I feel like I got what I paid for, and I’m happy enough with it.
